I was once a victim of a character which I call ‘over wisdom’ and up til today ignorance has been on the increase among people. People choose arguments over knowledge. 2 Timothy 2:23-24~Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful.
There is never going to be anything good coming out of minds that are locked up in blasphemy.
Do not create a stubborn spirit for yourself but be free to reason and always pray to God for better understanding.
Serving the Lord gives us the most beautiful experience when our hearts are cleared from any human knowledge and thinking.
The codes of righteousness are written in the spirits. The spirit of God translates them through revelations following a track record of obedience to the word. As dynamic as our thoughts, so is the knowledge of the holy one.
At a point, a word of wisdom is needed and at another point, different word of wisdom; and the holy spirit puts the accurate word in our hearts through the stock of wisdom of God from a track of obedience to the word.
Arguments prevents us from knowing these things but submission brings us closer to the kingdom of God. You may have been caught up in arguments with the word of on several occasions. Sometimes you want to make figurative that which is a direct message of God.
You may not understand it or maybe it sounds too harsh, do not worry. God has a way of making difficult things simpler through revelations as move with him.
The Pharisees had tried all their crafty questions with the aim of getting Jesus trapped but fell through. And there came this teacher of the law to Jesus who believed Jesus had answered all questions correctly: sincere and ready to submit to the word.
Mark 12:28-33~…Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
Jesus answered and said. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.
Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.
Jesus then told him something exciting because of his agreement with the word.
34~When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”
May we obtain grace for obedience and agreement with the word of God.
