Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Have you ever come to a point in your life when you feel like giving up on a good course which you started?
Nothing more than the fact that your clients do not respond to your clamors will warrant you giving up on them.
This is the world’s way. A lot of people would ordinarily want you to fail for no reason. Reasonable amount of people will want you to fail for some flimsy reasons. Then, a very few but strong people will vehemently resist your success for their comfort.
In all these, your actions and words will continue to transmit positive effect to some important silent people. Those are your real clients.
Jesus was never tired of speaking; even when He faced opposition from the Pharisees and Scribes on daily basis.
He was aware of prophecies that would becloud His mision on earth and He knew fully well who His clients were.
His clients were neither the Chief Priests nor the Scribes, rather, His clients were the multitudes or you can call them the babes.
He would hold off the detractors – who would never believe nor understand – with powerful words and scriptural wisdom while He taught the babes about the Kingdom of God.
Mathew 21:16~…And Jesus said to them, “Yes. Have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You(God) have perfected praise’?”
With this, Jesus teaches us that sometimes, we suffer because we do not know who our clients are.
In every city which Paul visited, he went into the Jewish Synagogue. And as he preached the message of Jesus, he was always reviled and thrown out.
But something remarkable always happened. Some Jews and gentiles would give their lives to Christ.
When Paul became weary of the outcome of his work, he began to protest against those who where frustrating his effort. He decided to leave the Jews and go to the gentiles.
But Jesus would comfort him and encourage him not to stop.
Are you tired of talking to your wayward child who would not listen? You actually do not know how much work you are doing from the good words you speak.
I pray to Jesus that we receive grace to keep doing every good work.
