One of the easiest ways to attain the peace of the Lord is by reducing the amount of criticisms we usher – on daily basis – to zero.

This leaves us constantly at the mercy of the Lord.

Judging people’s behaviors and criticizing their approach do not only undermine the kindness of God on our lives, it also deprive us of divine peace.

It builds a burden of emotions in you which you might not be able to control. And it weighs your spirit man down so that your flesh is fed with agony and contempt.

The same way which unforgiven spirits torments the soul; so is the spirit of criticism.

It closes the door of kindness to everybody involved in it. Impact of criticism is an evidence that the freedom of your soul lies in the way you manage your emotions.

God is not happy with it because He has shown us mercy. Romans 2:3~So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment?

Matthew 7:1 - Latter-day Saint Scripture of the Day

v4~Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

This is to show that as God Has shown us mercy, everybody around us deserves mercy.

1 Corinthians 6:10-11~nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Showing mercy is what we do to enhance the salvation of our soul. A lot of people want to remain enraged and so they do more harm. But with cloth of mercy our hearts exists as a hollow; without strings and without blockades; therefore, our conscience also bears witness to our good deeds.

May you find the grace to free yourself from the spiritual blockades brought about by criticism.
