Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Mark 14:17-18~When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve. While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.”
Betrayal is a part of destiny of every living soul. Once in a while, somebody is betrayed. Every human being on earth has been betrayed at several times in their lives.
It is a part that we must thread in-order to have a twist in our various destinies.
Sometimes betrayal can be so painful and some other times it will be just as expected.
The fear of betrayal breeds evil. I have seen and read about many people who committed suicide because of betrayal. Other people would kill their followers at any glimpse of potential betrayal.
Friends are excommunicated and families have been destroyed for the sake of betrayal.
In the case of Jesus, betrayal was not what he premeditated but what must happen for his mission to be accomplished.
It will be fine for us to redefine betrayal as something that happens for our own good. This is good because it brings you to the realization that it is only God who cannot betray man.
Everything we live to do in this world is a bunch of deception and betrayal. We work for a moment and varnish. Therefore, it will be nice to accommodate the peace which transcends all understandings of times. Laying up treasures into the vineyard of the most high God.
Jesus warned his disciples about the end of times; Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death~Mark 13:12.
People tend to leave you when it gets a little bit hard for you. Husbands leave their wives and families and make situations more difficult for their children. Friends sell out friends and brothers use their brothers for rituals.
These are reflections of wickedness present in the hearts of men. On the other hand it is a great opportunity for peace. It becomes peaceful because the only one that is left for you is Jesus.
The important thing to learn is that while we are permitted to love men, it is highly recommended that we trust God in everything we see. In this way, disappointments or betrayal of any kind will always never going to break us down. In this case, the more betrayals you have, the more victories you win.
Sometimes, God uses situations to carve you out of some toxic relationships. In all ways, betrayal, as long as conceived in the perspective of the holy spirit will always hunt the devil.
May we receive grace to victories upon betrayals.
