Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”~Mark 11:22-26.
Jesus performed only one act in order to teach us a suitable environment of prayer. He cursed the fig tree because it could not produce fruit. However, it was also not the season of fruit production of figs.
The primordial reason why he cursed the tree was to teach his disciples the situation of prayer. For when they had come in the evening and Peter saw the fig tree shrunken from the roots, he call on Jesus to show him that the tree he cursed in the morning is shrunken.
Jesus began to explain.
The first thing you need to make a declaration over your burdens or anything you need is faith. He said “have faith in God”.
The next he says; believe without doubt that it is settled. Whatever you are trusting God for, as long as you can believe without any doubt, it is done. We need to allow life flow through our veins. We need to allow our beings work without worries. Believing in the prayers you make is a part of obedience to God.
Another important thing is freedom. You can call it forgiveness. Forgiveness unties your emotions and opens you to new possibilities.
Why this may come last, it is important because it attacks the heart even more than worries. It is the key to bliss.
Jesus says “And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins”.
Forgiveness is a liberating factor that is capable of unlocking your faith thereby taking your believe to another level.
Even when you are not sure if you have forgiven, pray to God to search your heart and remove any string of unforgiving spirit. This is also a channel to a great peace.
May we obtain grace for faith, for believe and for forgiveness.
